
The employer will cover 100% of the cost for the employer-sponsored benefits plan, except for Long-Term Disability Benefits. Employees become eligible for coverage on the first of the month following 90 days of continuous service with Dalco. Employees can participate in the Corporate RRSP program, with eligibility beginning after 90 days of continuous service with Dalco. The employer will match an employee’s regular contributions, up to a maximum of 4% of earnings.
