The Association and the Employer are committed to maintaining a safe, productive, and skilled workforce. All new employees will have a 90-day probationary period. Onboarding sign-up cards will be given to every new hire. All employees covered by the Collective Agreement must apply for membership within 30 days of their start date. Dalco will deduct Association dues of 1.25% of gross wages and a one-time $10 initiation fee where applicable.

We are committed to maintaining safe and healthy working conditions. Dalco will hold regular safety meetings at least once a month for all employees on-site. Both Dalco and the Association will appoint representatives to the Health and Safety Committee.
